The Neuromodulators are not fillers and so they are used quite differently. The action of neuromodulators is to weaken muscles by interfering with the transmission between nerves and the muscles themselves.

You should be in good overall health and have realistic expectations for the results. The treatment is effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but it will not completely change your overall facial structure. Recovery

The recovery process is relatively straightforward. After your treatment, you can expect some minor bruising and swelling at the injection site. However, this should vanish rather quickly, often within a few days. You may also experience minor discomfort or soreness, but this should also fade rapidly. You’ll be able to return to your normal routine immediately following your treatment. We do recommend avoiding facials or other facial treatments for the first 24 hours post-treatment.

Neuromodulators: Risks and Side Effects

Risks and Side Effects

As with any medical procedure, there are potential risks and side effects. While the overall safety profile of neuromodulators is excellent, patients should be aware of possible risks, including bruising, swelling and infection at the injection site. Additionally, in rare cases, patients may experience drooping eyelids or eyebrows, or asymmetry in facial features. To mitigate these risks, Dr. Fedok works closely with his patients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring that the right dosage and injection sites are used to achieve maximum results with minimal risk.
