This female patient underwent bilateral upper and transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and canthopexy. These procedures were done in conjunction with a deep plane facelift, and skin resurfacing with a Baker’s chemical peel around her eyelids and mouth and fractional CO2 laser on the remainder of her facial areas. She had sought consultation for correction of several aging face changes including wrinkles, eyelid bags and sagging neck.
