This female patient sought consultation after severe nasal trauma resulting in saddling of her nasal bridge, septal deviation and nasal obstruction. Surgical correction was performed via an open approach. Septoplasty, placement of extended spreader grafts, placement of a firm colummelar strut and dorsal augmentation with cartilage grafts was performed. Adequate cartilage was obtained from her ears to create the necessary grafts.
