This female patient underwent corrective septorhinoplasty for improvement of her dorsal convexity and overprojected nasal tip asymmetry. The procedure was performed via an endonasal approach with no external incisions. Corrective maneuvers performed included: the reduction of her dorsal convexity, the creation of autospreader spreader flaps, lateral crural overlay and nasal tip suture and sculpting maneuvers.
