This female patient underwent corrective septorhinoplasty for improvement in her dorsal convexity and nasal tip asymmetry. She also had a septal deviation and internal nasal valve collapse on the right causing breathing problems. The procedure was performed via an endonasal approach with no external incisions. Corrective maneuvers performed included; nasal septoplasty, the reduction of her dorsal convexity, the placement of spreader grafts derived from septal cartilage, and nasal tip suture and sculpting maneuvers.
