This female patient underwent deep plane facelift with platysmaplasty, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral skin pinch lower blepharoplasty, bilateral pretricheal temporal browlift, and chin augmentation with a silastic implant. She underwent fractionated CO2 and 532 and 106m nm PICO laser 1 day after surgery.
