This female patient underwent revision of a previous facelift utilizing a multidimensional approach. She underwent a lower face and neck lift, a limited temporal brow lift, chin augmentation, lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with skin pinch and strategic fat transfer. Ongoing maintenance has included the use of neuromodulators and limited fractional CO2 laser resurfacing.
